Before & After Care
We pride ourselves on our quality before and after-school programs. Designed specifically for elementary school age students, we provide them with age-appropriate activities in a safe and secure environment that allows children to be children. Our school-age class has a fun-filled curriculum which engages each child's curiosity and allows them to explore mathematical, scientific, art, and literary skills all while in a comfortable, stimulating environment. Weekly themes and strong curriculum keeps our children actively involved.
Teachers give all children a healthy afternoon snack when they arrive and then children are taken outdoors. Your child will have an array of enrichment activities to engage in after a stimulating day of learning at school and we also have teachers who are willing to help children with homework at the parent’s request. A junior library of non-fiction and fiction aged-appropriate books occupy the after-school classroom. Board games and a selection of online computer based learning programs will be offered as well.
Pricing Structure for School Age Care
Registration Fee:
- There is a one-time registration fee of $50.00 that is due upon enrollment. This fee is applicable to all students enrolling in the program unless they are enrolling through Child Care Services (CCS).

Monday-Friday: $75.00 Weekly
- This option allows students to attend classes from Monday through Friday. 3:00pm-6:00pm (Mon-Thurs) & Full Day on Friday- This is for days public school is out of school only.
- The total cost for this full week is fixed at $75.00, regardless of attendance.
- During school holidays you have the option to pay $140.00 weekly for your child to attend full days during the duration of the public school holiday closure.

Monday-Thursday: $60.00 Weekly
- This option permits attendance from Monday to Thursday only.
- The total cost for this four-day week is set at $60.00, also irrespective of actual attendance.
- During school holidays you have the option to pay $140.00 weekly for your child to attend full days during the duration of the public school holiday closure.

Friday Only: $35.00 Weekly
- Students can opt to attend only on Fridays.
- The weekly fee for attending just on Friday is $35.00.
- During school holidays you have the option to pay $140.00 weekly for your child to attend full days during the duration of the public school holiday closure.

Friday Only Drop-in Fee: $40.00 for Each Drop-in (subject to availability)
- For students who wish to drop in on Fridays without a full commitment, there is a drop-in fee of $40.00 per session.
- This fee applies only if there are available spots for drop-ins.
Child Care Services (CCS):
- If a parent enrolls their child via CCS, they are exempt from paying the registration fee of $50.00.
- Instead of the registration fee, CCS assigns a monthly parent co-pay which is due on the 1st of each month.
- It’s important to note that if this co-pay is not paid in full by the 5th business day of each month, it will be reported to CCS, and parents may lose their monthly benefits.
Regulatory Compliance:
- The child care services provided under CCS are regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission. All centers accepting CCS must adhere to state regulations.
